1. Clear your environment

Water, Movement, Clean Fuel, Reflection, Integrity. These are the foundation. Do not skip them.
3. Plan meals ahead
Decide what you will eat before the day starts. Do not leave food choices to hunger or mood.
4. Move early
If you wait for the perfect time, it will not come. Get your movement in before the day fills up.
5. Protect your fast days
On Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, fast until 1:00 PM. Plan your schedule so you are busy during the hours you normally eat.
